Can I charge the battery overnight at a low cost?
Yes, we will go over how to set up the system for your needs and how it can function with these tariffs during the survey. We can configure the battery to pull charge at such times if you decide to charge it at these off-peak rates.
What amount of room do batteries occupy? What location will it be installed in?
For particular dimensions, please refer to the data sheets included with your contract. These are floor-standing units. The location of the battery should be discussed with your surveyor.
How can our system be monitored?
We supply a WIFI-enabled device connected to your inverter. Then, you may download an app on your phone that will enable you to monitor your system’s performance and warn you of any unusual activity.
If someone does not have wifi, how does monitoring occur ?
You could use the application, but only when you are at home. if it can’t connect to Wi-Fi, you won’t be able to check on your system when you are away from the house, however it will operate when you are close to your inverter.
Do solar panels need only daylight or also direct sunlight?
Solar panels don’t need to be in direct sunlight to produce energy.
